Annual Rate Information

If you are a homeowner in Renaissance Ridge:

• Link to web site = $20.00

• Link + business card image (2" x 3.5") = $50.00

Otherwise:

• Link to web site = $30.00

• Link + business card image = $90.00

Monthly Rate Information

• Paragraph of text and picture = $35.00

Instructions

You can advertise either an image the size of a business card (2" high x 3.5" wide) and/or a link to your company's web site.

1. Send email to ads@rridge.org indicating the business name and phone number, your name and phone number, and if you want to advertise an image and/or a link.
2. To advertise a link, please indicate the URL in the email letter.
3. To advertise an image, please attach a 200 x 350-pixel image to the email message. The image should be in BMP, JPG, or GIF format. Alternatively, if you don't have an electronic copy of your business card, you can mail the card in with your payment and we can scan it for you.
4. You will receive an email reply back within 3 days.
5. Once you receive an email back, please send a check payable to Renaissance Ridge Homeowners Association to this address.
6. When the payment is received in the mail the webmaster will be contacted to confirm that the payment was received. A scan of the business card will happen at this time if an electronic version was not emailed in step 3.
7. Your image and/or link will be added to RRidge.org and you will receive a confirmation receipt via email.

After 11 months you will receive an email asking if you'd like to renew. Renewal payments must be received before the year expires.

Policies

• You can change your business card or link at any time; just send in a request via email to ads@rridge.org
• You can remove your advertisement at any time, but the payment is not refundable or pro-rated
• Only licensed businesses will be advertised; no personal or other types of advertisements are allowed at this time. If you are a homeowner in Renaissance Ridge you can visit and advertise on the For Hire and For Sale pages for free.
