A sign up sheet was provided at the meeting for Homeowner’s interested in signing on to the above mentioned committees. Each board member is taking an active part in participating in at least one of the committees, and their names are in parentheses next to the committee title. Renaissance Ridge resident Elisa Watkins agreed to head up the Local Government Contact Committee. Financial Update and Status: It was decided that a special assessment of $125.00 per home would be issued to each homeowner. The assessment would help curtail our current financial state. Assessment payments are due 30 days after the assessment is mailed.
Financial Reserve Study: Agreed to put a hold on this study, and set aside funds in next year’s budget.
Common Area Walk Through: The board unanimously decided to conduct the common area walk through on September 30, 2001. Please see attached for notes pertaining to the walk through.
Common Area Trash Cans: Looking into cost with the city of Sammamish.

v · Discussed option of e-mailing minutes to save on mailing costs.
It was decided that meetings would take place the fourth Thursday of each month.
