August 2010:

September 2009:

  • The HOA Annual Meeting was on Saturday, September 26th, 9:00 am at Rock Hill Park (240th & SE 13th).  The Board of Directors presented an update to homeowners about what's happened in the past year in the HOA.  If you're a Renaissance Ridge home owner interested in being a leader for the next year and would like to find out more, please contact us.

  • A new group has been added to Facebook for Renaissance Ridge neighbors (thanks David and Kim Mason!).  Go to facebook.com, sign in, and search for "Renaissance Ridge" to find the group or click here.

July 2009:

  • The annual Renaissance Ridge 4th of July Parade was wonderful!  It started at 11:00 am at 240th Way and SE 9th, and went along 240th to Rock Hill Park (240th Way and SE 13th).  There was a fire truck (which sprayed fire hydrant water into the sky!), bouncy house, kids tattoos, and free ice cream!  Bicycles, scooters, strollers, and kids were decorated beautifully. If you're interested in helping the social committee with future events, please contact Kim at social@rridge.org.

June 2009:

  • Minutes from the January 10th, February 22nd, March 28th, and April 25th HOA board meetings have been posted
  • This website was down for a while in May as our hosting company didn't automatically renew our domain; it's fixed now.

May 2009:

  • Welcome Ann-Marie Karh to the HOA Board!  Ann-Marie has graciously filled the open position of Vice-President.
  • There will be a neighborhood garage sale on Saturday, June 6th

December 2008:

August 2008:

  • The HOA Annual Meeting was on Saturday, August 23, 7 pm at Rock Hill Park (240th & SE 13th).  Nobody volunteered to fill the open Vice-President position, so if you're a Renaissance Ridge home owner interested in being on the Board and would like to find out more, please contact us.

July 2008:

  • Minutes from the July 5th HOA board meeting have been posted.
  • The RR HOA 2008 Budget has been posted.
  • Late Fee Assessment Error: The MacPhersons accounting system has assessed late fees on HOA dues that were due on July 1, 2008. This has now been corrected and late fees will only apply to dues that are not paid by July 31, 2008. When paying the dues, please ignore this incorrect late fee assessment.

June 2008:

  • There will be an all-neighborhood garage sale from 9 am - 1 pm on Saturday, June 14th (updated date).  If you'd like to participate just put your stuff for sale on your front driveway and/or garage.

April 2008:

  • The approved list of paint colors has been posted.  Please make sure to get approval from the ACC before painting your home or fence to avoid being fined.
  • Minutes from the April 5th HOA board meeting have been posted.

March 2008:

  • The HOA's arborist study results (PDF file - 247 KB) from August 2007 are posted.  Natural Design Landscaping has completed the removal of the respective trees identified in the study.

October 2007:

  • A big thank you to our outgoing HOA board members, Rick May (President) and Suzanne James (Director At-Large)!  We appreciate your dedication and service to our neighborhood.  Welcome new 2007-2008 board members, Yogesh Gupta (Treasurer), Bev Day (Secretary), and Michael Rose (Director At-Large)!  We still need a President and Vice-President.  If you are a Renaissance Ridge homeowner and would like to be involved with improving our neighborhood, please contact us.  A huge thank you to John Digenan (Past Treasurer) and Don Corbett (Past Secretary) for your service over the past many years, and for staying on temporarily to help transition the new board members.
  • Our property manager, Jeana Thompson at MacPherson's Property Management, is leaving the company.  Our new contact is Pat Huri, and her contact information is here.

August 2007:

  • Annual meeting for all homeowners was on Saturday, September 8th, 2007, at 10:00 am at Rock Hill Court (240th and SE 13th).  We need volunteers to join the HOA board.  If you are interested, please contact us.

  • The annual Renaissance Ridge Homeowners Association meeting and elections were held on Saturday, August 26th, at 9:00 am, at Rock Hill Park (basketball court on 240th Way and SE 13th).  The 2006-2007 Board of Directors started the new year on September 1st, and there is still an open position for Vice-President.  If you are interested in helping the neighborhood and would like to join the Board, please contact us.  We sincerely thank the 2005-2006 Board for a great year and a job well done!  Scott Densmore, President; Rick May, Vice-President; John Digenan, Treasurer; Don Corbett, Secretary; and Suzanne James, Director At-Large.  Thank you!!  We're also grateful that Rick, John, Don, and Suzanne have volunteered to continue serving on the Board this year!
